Kat Forsyth's Description:

I'm a London wedding photographer, specialising in fun, fresh and natural wedding photography with an artistic edge. I love weddings and anything to do with them, and you're just as likely to hear me squeal in delight when you show me your dress, as you are to see me cry when you say your vows. I love couples who are excited about their photos and want to have some fun in them! And details...oooh, details. They make my heart sing.

To me, weddings are about two things: love and fun. So these are the two things I try to capture in all my photos! My approach to your wedding day is to capture natural moments as they unfold throughout the day, with a little more direction thrown in for some gorgeous and fun couple photos. I love beautiful details, fun props, and couples who bring their unique personalities to the shoot.

2012: A Look Back

31 December 2012

2012: the year of enormous changes. After three years of doing wedding photography in Johannesburg, my husband and I decided to uproot ourselves and move to London; a huge decision not only personally, but also for my business. After all, I was still fairly new on the scene and had just started to ...

A Rock ‘n Roll Circus Wedding in Bristol {Charlie & Simon}

01 November 2012

It’s been six months since I held that competition for free wedding photography to one awesome couple. When I saw Charlie and Simon’s entry for a Rock ‘n Roll-themed wedding to be held in a circus training school that used to be a church, I was sold. I immediately put them on my ...

Westcliff Wedding {Cherry & Scott}

18 October 2012

Cherry came to me as a referral from one of my previous lovely brides, Lauren, who got married to Ross in May last year. Lauren was one of Cherry’s bridesmaids, and Ross was on official puppy-wrangling duty (more on that later). It’s always great to see my past couples again at ...
